Immigration Attorney The candidate should preferably have 1-year immigration law experience. Will be handling of less cases but we are still a fast-paced law firm handling removal proceedings. Will concentrate to produce quality work on the cases assigned and appear at Master and Individual hearings. We also process applications for citizenship, non-immigrant visas, and Business Immigrant Visas. Should be a strong litigator, great written, a great multi tasker, with great oral and analytical skills along with a strong and positive attitude. Must care about helping immigrant communities. Must be admitted to any ABA Bar preferably NJ. Must be proficient in Spanish.
