Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will work as part of a defense team within a national firm. Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Must have JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Rhode Island admittance preferred. 3 + years of defense litigation experience. Experience in employment and labor a plus. Excellent legal writing and communication skills. Legal project management experience is helpful.
