Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, and other ancillary real estate and corporate agreements. Should have 3-5+ years of law firm experience in real estate transactions, with an emphasis on retail leasing. Excellent academics are required. Should have active bar in CA. Should have retail leasing transactional experience.
