Part Time Associate Attorney The candidate will work directly with partners and work on defense as well as plaintiff cases. Must have 1-2 years in civil litigation or personal injury with experience: taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, dispositive law and motion practice; oral argument, hearings, conferences, mediation, and UM and UIM arbitration. Strong organizational, writing and communication skills required. Should preferably have California State Bar License. Background in personal injury, insurance defense, or habitability, is a plus.
