Associate Attorney The candidate will include acting as general counsel for non-profit corporations in a wide range of areas including: Collections; Contract Review; Evictions; Fair Housing; Corporate Governance; Foreclosures; Litigation; Bankruptcy. Must have experience working with Non-Profit Corporation Act, Homeowners Association Act, Horizontal Property Regimes Act, Condominium Act, and/or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act are beneficial but we re willing to train someone who possesses a passion for learning. Must be a current member of the Washington State Bar Association in good standing. Should have experience using MS Office products (strong emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
