Bilingual Deportation Defense Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience helping immigrants who are in immigration court and in each of the following processes: (1) Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture, (2) Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A and EOIR-42B), (3) U-visas, (4) Green Cards Adjustment of Status, (5) Consular Processing, (6) Naturalization, (7) DACA, (8) EADs, (9) Advanced Parole requests, and (10) Complex I-751s. Fluency in Spanish is required. Experience as an Immigration Paralegal in a law firm is required. Ability to learn and adapt to firm policies and procedures is a must.
