Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties include:Identifying providers and drafting of all subpoenas to be served. Understand, review and incorporate all medical records into a medical chronology, medical specials chart, and medical summaries. Manage the discovery process including but not limited to drafting discovery requests, reviewing all discovery responses for sufficiency, identify new providers for subpoena issuance. Coordinate expert/non-expert depositions, CME's and provide all medical records necessary for records review regarding same. Drafting and filing of pleadings and motions. Communication with process server regarding service on all subpoenas. Communication with providers regarding overdue records, missing documents and invoices. Additional duties delegated as needed.
