Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be making appearances in bankruptcy court, managing files in bankruptcy throughout the state, as well as drafting or reviewing claims, objections, motions, briefs, pleadings, and other documents. Prior practice experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate and/or litigation is a plus. Should have 3+ years of legal practice experience (bankruptcy preferred). Excellent communication, research, writing and analytical skills are needed. Should have the ability to operate in a sophisticated case management system. Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities and adjust to changing priorities. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas; (District Court admittance in Southern District of Texas preferred);
