Seeking Commercial Real Estate\Title Paralegal with 5+ years experience in commercial real estate closings and title review. Candidate must have ability to prepare commercial settlement statements, process and prepare commercial loan closing packages, prepare title commitments, and review and perform title searches. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Qualia a plus. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and an accomplished multi-tasker.
