International Arbitration Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Represent sovereign, public and private clients in commercial and investor-state disputes before tribunals arising under bilateral investment treaties, host countries investment law and commercial contracts, particularly related to the energy sector. Draft and interpret arbitration and compensation clauses. Research and draft memoranda of law relating to interpretation and application of law, evidentiary and procedural matters. Review data and analysis for tribunal determination of compensation or damages. Prepare witness and experts examinations under the ICDR, ICSID & ICC rules. Communicate with clients, adversaries & tribunal representatives in English and Spanish. Qualifications: LLM in International business Law. Admitted or admissible to Bar in a U.S. state. 0-1 year of experience in position offered or as Case Counsel to international arbitral tribunal. Fluency in Spanish & strong writing, analytic & oral skills.
