Attorney Recruiting Clerk (Part-Time) Duties: Provide support to the Attorney Recruiting Coordinators on daily business functions. Work cohesively with team members, attorneys and staff to provide efficient support of administrative tasks and superior customer service. Organize and distribute resumes and/or applications weekly for attorney review. Process resumes and applications. Assist with preparation of weekly Attorney Recruiting Committee meeting materials. Copy, mail, scan and file documents as requested. Maintain recruiting files and materials. Maintain viRecruit database by updating candidate information as necessary. Distribute recruiting materials to law schools and event sites as directed. Maintain adequate supply of promotional materials. Assist with coordination of promotional events. Assist with updating organizational charts. Assist with tracking expenses for the budget. Other administrative duties as assigned by Attorney Recruiting Coordinators.
Qualifications: Previous recruiting experience is preferred. Able to maintain strict confidentiality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be efficient, accurate, flexible, organized and have excellent attention to detail. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team player and a positive attitude is a must.
