Legal Secretary The candidate will work for Personal Injury / Wrongful Death Law Firm. Requires be familiar with Personal Injury Litigation. Will be indexing binders, filing, and answering phones. Type, proofread, format and edit correspondence, pleadings, agreements and other legal documents. Medical records and bills request to hospitals, doctors, physical therapist, etc. Intake of records and organization. Schedule appointments, meetings; maintain calendars; make travel arrangements; set up conference calls. Will be asked to file documents with State and Federal Courts. Open mail, input it and route to appropriate person. Experience in Personal Injury Law Firm is required. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat.
