Litigation Attorney The candidate will be able to manage a significant case load, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills. Candidate must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions. Must have 3+ years civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff side). Experience with either the State Attorney's or Public Defender's Office is a plus. Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in first party property claims and litigation.
