Lead Trial Attorney The candidate will be doing client communication, taking and defending depositions, research, and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and/or arguing in court. Should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of plaintiff or defense side personal injury litigation experience. Must be Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Spanish bilingual is a plus. Experience drafting and responding to motions are needed. Experience taking and defending depositions is essential. Experience trying cases is essential. Substantial knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure is needed.
