Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle duties that include: Assistance with case processing, preparing forms, support letters and Firm correspondence, opening and maintaining files, entering data into databases, assembling immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications for review and filing with government agencies, preparing invoices and checks, sending questionnaires and extracting data from questionnaires, drafting basic e-mails and letters, and other duties as assigned. Must preferably have 1 year of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or HR Assistant/Coordinator specializing in immigration forms. Review and prepare non-immigrant petitions and applications, including H-1B, H-3, L-1, O-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, and TN visas. Prepare immigrant petitions, including extraordinary ability, multinational manager/executive and National Interest Waivers. Review and prepare family-based immigrant petitions and attend hearing at USCIS. Review and prepare Naturalization applications and attend Naturalization interviews at USCIS. Assist clients and dependents with non-immigrant and immigrant consular processing. Maintain PERM Audit Files, including advertising coordination and preparation of ETA9089 applications. Responsible for Tracker data input and maintaining notifications for expiration and eligibility dates. The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience handling all types of business immigration matters. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. Should have detail-oriented, efficient and reliable. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
