Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have 5-7 years of experience working as a Paralegal handling Maryland Circuit Court and Federal Court level complex personal injury litigation matters. Experience with D.C. cases is a plus. Should be adept in managing an aggressive case load, communicating with clients, drafting and completing written discovery, drafting basic motions, trial preparation, managing case files, and maintaining a litigation calendar. Must be highly organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, reliable, and have the ability to work and become part of a demanding litigation team.
