Human Resources/Attorney Development and Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities: Maintain support staff and attorney personnel files. Maintain and distribute internal staff lists (phones lists, secretarial assignments lists, etc.). Prepare support staff attendance records for new hires and staff. Prepare bi-weekly Kastle Security Reports for non-exempt personnel to ensure accuracy of bi-weekly overtime processing. Under the direction of the manager, post positions, source candidates, schedule interviews as needed utilizing Firm software for manager review. Prepare packages for on-campus attorney recruiting. Process OCI reimbursements. Assist with attorney and staff new hire orientation scheduling and on-boarding. Perform data entry into LawCruit and CE Manager for attorneys. Track and update attorney bar admissions. Organize Houston bar dues invoice collection and payment. Prepare attorney candidate reimbursement requests and information packets for lateral and on-campus interviews. Coordinate logistics for training programs (conference rooms, sign in sheets, etc.). Maintain ADR charts. Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Must be computer literate; proficient in Microsoft suite applications. Knowledge of HRIS software required, Peoplesoft experience preferred. Knowledge of applicant tracking software required, Icims experience a plus.
