Intellectual Property Foreign Paralegal The candidate will be filing, prosecuting and maintaining all PCT and foreign patent applications/patents, docketing foreign patent mail, opening new matters, monitoring and updating attorney dockets daily, intake/auditing of transfer files and maintaining knowledge of latest foreign IP rules. Experience preferred. Knowledge of CPI docketing software a plus; strong communication and organizational skills required.
