Part-time Senior Tax CPA / E.A. - Entry Level Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of sophisticated individual, partnership and corporate tax (C and S) preparation experience with a public accounting firm or comparable organization. Must be a dually licensed and qualified Attorney and have CPA with a master s degree or LLM in Taxation. Should have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Majoring in Accounting (completed or in process). Advanced education in Taxation is a plus. A desire to go (or currently attending) law school is a plus. Experience with trust and estate tax preparation is a plus. Experience with representation in sophisticated federal and state tax controversies preferred. Collection representation experience is a plus. International tax experience is a plus. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual is a plus.
