Litigation Paralegal The candidate will order and collect medical and employment records with follow-up as needed. Review medical and employment records and prepare chronologies of them. Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts. Prepare standard discovery documents and responses. Prepare notices of deposition, subpoenas, notices of intent. Telephone attorneys and court reporters to set up depositions and mediations. Organize and prepare documents for review by expert witnesses. Contact and update plaintiff clients on their PI cases. Should have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
