Immigration Attorney The candidate will prepare and file non-immigrant visa petitions for various categories, including but not limited to H-1B, H-2B, TN, L-1A, L-1B, E3, etc. Prepare and file I-140 and I-130 immigrant petitions./ Prepare and file I-485, I-765, and I-131 applications. Draft responses to RFEs, RFIs, Appeals, Motion for Reconsideration, and DOL Audits. Legal research as needed. Other duties as assigned. Prefer 1 year of legal experience in business immigration. Must be familiar with immigration filing procedures and immigration requirements. Must have strong writing skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ImmigrantPro preferred.
