Paralegal - Commercial Litigation/Eminent Domain Candidates must have: Paralegal candidates are required to possess 2 of the following 4 criteria: (1) Bachelor's Degree; (2) Paralegal Certificate; (3) CLA Certification; or (4) 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. 5-10 years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, heavy commercial litigation position is required. Must be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to preparing for and attending depositions, trials, and hearings is a plus. Must have in-depth experience with discovery process. Must have the flexibility to work overtime as required. Must be willing to learn the team s processes and structures. Must be a team-player.
