Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join personal injury law firm. Will draft Complaints and Motions. Follow thru on Discovery (request medical records, etc., handle all matters in discovery, deposition, and trial). Calendaring. Prepare and type interrogatories. Prep files for the attorneys to prepare for depositions, mediations and trials. Must have a knowledge of Florida Civil Rules and Procedures. Should have ability to file litigation documents (E-file).
