Legal Secretary The candidate will assist the attorney and case managers as needed. Dutied: Opening new files; Insurance Company Correspondence; Client Intake; Requesting medical records, bills and liens; Assisting with demand packages; Filing, copying, and faxing; Data entry; General assistance to attorneys, case managers and property manager. Requirements: Personal Injury experience required; Bookkeeping and/or property management experience, not required but a plus; Must be presentable and have professional phone skills; Proficient in WordPerfect and MS Outlook; Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
