Telecommuting Independent Contract Attorney - Medicaid/Guardianship, Contract Candidate must be litigator with experience in New York Supreme and Appellative divisions for boutique health care law firm. Passionate about advocacy for healthcare institutions and under-represented (elderly,disabled) a plus. Guardianship and Medicaid experience preferred. Experience in witness prep, examination and cross-examination required. Self-starter and comfortable with courtroom advocacy. Strong writing and research skills required; experience formulating arguments and case strategies a must.
