Attorney The candidate will handle responsibilities include: Staffing of employment litigation, drafting and reviewing employment agreements and workplace policies, advising employers on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws including state and federal anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation laws, FMLA, ADA, NLRA, wage and hour laws and restrictive covenants. Should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. A license to practice in Kentucky and familiarity with the Kentucky court system is a plus. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Kentucky bar exam or eligible for admission in Kentucky will be considered. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Must have labor and employment and/ or judicial clerkship experiences.
