Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will handle cases from intake to trial; including Drafting Complaints, Law & Motion, Propounding and Responding to Discovery, Taking and Defending Depositions, Mediation and Settlement Conferences, and Trial; under supervision of a managing attorney. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized; reliable, professional and a team player; strong time management and project management skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment; strong preference for applicants who can commit to two years of employment.
