Experience required handling 1st party and 3rd party cases and NY AAA SUM arbitrations. The ideal candidate will be located near Philadelphia with remote work possible. Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus. Ability to multitask multiple active matters/large caseload, Strong writing skills, Attention to detail essential, Strong organizational skills are required.
