Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 1 solid year of related experience to work on preparing non-immigrant NIV cases (E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, L, O, P, TN, R-1), PERM, permanent resident IV cases, and naturalization cases. Experience with extraordinary ability filings is particularly helpful. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and research skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work independently. Demonstrated attention to detail, especially grammar and spelling. Excellent skills in Word and Excel. Must have demonstrated ability in the areas of initiative, proactivity, responsiveness, resourcefulness, and good judgment. Familiarity with immigration software such as INS Zoom, Bluedot, Tracker, or LawLogix. Ability to work in the USA. Must communicate easily in Spanish, French, Italian, or another foreign language. JD degree, and licensure in at least one state within the USA Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (Family-based immigration knowledge and foreign language skills are very useful, but business immigration work experience is required.).
