Perm Paralegal Duties : Will provide support for preparation and filing of PERM labor certifications, employment-based immigrant visa petitions, and related adjustment of status applications. Requirements : The candidate should have experienced PERM paralegal or legal assistant with at least 1-3 years immigration experience. Must have a commitment to hard work, excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills. Should have Bachelor's degree and have attentive to detail. Must be willing to take on responsibilities and challenges. Must be driven to set personally-challenging goals and exert effort toward mastering new tasks. Able to accept criticism and maintain composure in high-stress situations. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once and proficiency in a foreign language a plus.
