Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist the firm's Finance and Real Estate Practice Groups in the representation of small and large businesses, commercial banks and investment institutions in financing transactions and general business entity matters. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Should preferably have solid commercial real estate and finance experience including possessing a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, preparation of documentation relating to commercial banking transactions. Must have experience negotiating title policies in connection with land acquisition and disposition matters. Prior law firm experience in a title and survey review capacity is required.
