Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will help appear in Bankruptcy Court and in settlement conferences. Responsibilities include: representing clients in court; preparing and drafting legal documents; meeting with clients and perspective clients; and negotiating settlements for legal disputes. Should be admitted in NYS and Federal Courts. Must have prior consumer bankruptcy law experience. Should have familiarity with various legal documents. Experience appearing at settlement conferences is needed.
