Employee Benefits (ERISA) Associate Attorney The candidate will work with the firm's corporate finance, financial institutions and general business practice groups. Must have 2+ years of benefits and compensation experience in a law firm, a consulting firm, or as in-house counsel; excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills; a background in one or more of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPs, or health and welfare plans, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A experience; and outstanding academic credentials.
