Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of case including evaluating the case, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling and litigating cases; will review and prioritize specialized cases as they arise; defend employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims, conduct hearings, depositions, discovery and draft briefs and motions, know and apply Workers' Compensation laws and keep current on developments in insurance industry. JD degree is required. Should be an Illinois Licensed Attorney. Must have 1+ year of workers compensation defense experience.
