Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Managing full case load from case inception to post-trial. Conferring with clients. Drafting demands. Negotiating settlements. Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law. Attending depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Must be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class; Be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida; & Litigation experience (3+ years). Must be proficient in Lexis Nexis, MS Word and Excel. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
