Immigration Attorney The candidate will work with multiple attorneys and paralegals preparing and finalizing immigration applications, including visa petitions, applications for permanent residency, naturalization applications, including PERMS, Preference Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications. Advise and train employers on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations. Represent employers before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment based immigration matters. File all types of Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications. Should have J.D. from Accredited Law School. 2 years immigration experience is required. Prefer previous immigration experience and I-9 worksite compliance experience. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
