Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidates must have 3+ recent years working for a law firm working on insurance defense cases. Should be organized, self-starters with proven experience in recording/capturing billable time compliant with client guidelines. Must have experience and knowledge of the e-filing systems, preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, should have ability to assist with large document production, utilize Adobe Pro for electronic production issues, and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Must possess one of the following: (1)Designation as a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) by The Florida Bar; (2) Certification through NALA; or, (3) Degree in Paralegal Studies from an accredited school.
