Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation The candidate should have 1-3 year associate (admitted in PA and NJ) to handle all aspects of civil litigation and pre-litigation cases in State and Federal Court. Candidate shall litigate arbitration level cases, and must be able to draft complaints, issue and review discovery, draft and file motions/briefs, and ability to research statutes and case law, prep clients for depositions and trial, and review and prepare medical summaries. Competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Needles and LexisNexis a must.
