Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work on high volume automotive warranty cases. Must be an intermediate to advanced user with standard business software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have experience creating and formatting a wide variety of litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, pleadings, motion papers, declarations, and exhibits. Experience filing in state and federal court (including e-filing) preferred. The candidate will be responsible for helping prepare for depositions and trials, organizing and managing voluminous case documents, creating and formatting pleadings and correspondence, and preparing and filing documents in state and federal courts. Should have an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate, or an AA degree in paralegal studies.
