Title : Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney Candidate will support its Texas real estate practice. Must be a member in good standing with the Texas Bar. We are seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in the representation or mortgage lenders, however applications will be accepted from newly licensed attorneys as well. In addition, the candidate shall be able to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Must be familiar with resolving one or more of the following Texas title issues including home equity lending, curing title related issues, discovery practice, evictions, depositions, and conflict resolution. Experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and will assist in growing the firm s presence as a top-performing firm fostered by a culture based upon trust and mutual respect. The candidate must value reputation and proactively develop relationships in the industry in order to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues. Hearing, trial, and other appearances may be required and as such some travel may be required. Should have some experience in the Texas legal system, a passion for superior customer service, confidence, and unfettered judgment.
