Commercial Attorney Duties: 1) Supporting the commercial, non-litigation attorneys in-house at a large legal client; 2) negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts; 3) providing counsel to clients on business solutions; and 4) advising on pre-litigation disputes. The candidate should have Strong academic record with 3+ years of experience in a corporate group at a law firm or as an in-house counsel and be licensed to practice in Michigan. Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
