Associate Attorney / Personal Injury The candidate will represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency. Will provide property damage guidance. Evaluate potential new client case facts. Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment. Negotiate settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement. Perform administrative and management functions related to personal injury law. The candidate must be a member of the Arizona State Bar / Attorney License. Should have previous plaintiff personal injury experience. Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting is required. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Must have srong analytical and problem-solving skills.
