Paralegal Responsibilities: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the litigation legal team. Prepare, review, and assemble all legal documents. Assist with docket management. Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and process servers. Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings. Generate and track all judgment documents. Enter all applicable information into firm s case management system. Qualifications: Must be or be willing to become a licensed notary. Collections or law firm experience a plus. Must be energetic, reliable, detail oriented, be able to prioritize in order to meet goals and possess good problem solving skills. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Database Management systems.
