Temporary Attorney The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in: advising on incorporation; drafting governing documents; stock issuance and knowledge reviewing cap tables (experience with carta a plus); restructuring companies (i.e. preparing articles of amendments and board resolutions); experience managing due diligence requests; and contract drafting and reviews for various relationships. Should have participated in an acquisition of small companies (less then $1M). Familiarity with Convertibles Notes, SAFE and SeriesSeed documents is required.
