Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of PQE. Will handle default-related litigation cases in Rhode Island. Candidates should have excellent writing and interpersonal skills and experience practicing in state and federal courts. You must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position requires daily contact with clients, staff, and other departments within the firm. Frequent court appearances are necessary and a desire to handle trial work is essential. Candidate should have a working knowledge of civil procedure, motion practice and discovery practice. A successful attorney in this department will be detail-oriented, will be able to multi-task effectively, and will have an active desire to learn and grow in a very active position. Admission to the Rhode Island Bar required. Massachusetts Bar also preferred.
