Elder Law Attorney The candidate will represent clients in all matters pertaining to protecting and planning for our senior population. This may include appearing in guardianship/conservatorship court proceedings, assist in drafting of various estate planning documents, designing strategies to protect assets and assist clients in qualifying for ALTCS or VA benefits, and generally guide clients through their difficult times. Must have solid experience. Arizona Bar license required.
