Family Law Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting with drafting pleadings. Drafting preliminary and final disclosures. Litigation support, including the creation of hearing binder and trial binders. Organizing and preparing exhibits, witnesses. Assisting with discovery drafting, discovery responses, subpoenas. Managing calendaring of deadlines and important dates. Directly communication with clients. Tracking and billing time. Preparing briefs, working with clients and lawyers. High school diploma or equivalency (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus) is required. Family Law experience is preferred. Experience with Judicial Council Forms is required. Paralegal Certificate is required.
