Creditors' Rights Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: assisting attorneys in resolving bankruptcy, collections and other related Creditors' Rights matters; drafting correspondence and legal documents, docketing of all aspects of same; conferring with all parties involved; keeping schedules; maintaining electronic and physical files; monitoring progress; and following up to ensure all required actions are completed. Must have 2+ years of experience in handling all aspects of bankruptcy and collections. A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree in Paralegal Technology is preferred.
