Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for the litigation firm to join Medical Malpractice team. Will assist in all aspects of case preparation and file management. Must be experienced in the areas of Complex Litigation, General Liability, with an emphasis in Medical Malpractice. Should be a detailed review and analysis of medical records with presentation of findings to multiple attorneys. Preparation of medical records summaries, trial exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial required. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills required. Must have a minimum 3-5 years paralegal and litigation experience. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA certified program is preferred.
