Health Law Associate Attorney The candidate will be conducting legal research and drafting memorandum regarding various health law matters; corporate compliance and document review for health law clients; research and analysis of regulatory impact on various business transactions; drafting client communications, contracts and other documentation, as directed. Should have 1 - 3 years of experience in health law conducting research and drafting memorandum is required; Specific experience with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA is preferred; Experience in general business and FDA matters is a plus; Excellent academic and professional credentials; Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form; Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility; Ability to examine and analyze cases and documents for inherent legal risks; Effective analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment; Ability to interact with senior members of business and legal teams.
